TEMP AGENCIES are Your Friend!

Temporary Employment Agencies are good places to find your FIRST JOB in any industry.  Temp Agencies offer a great deal of FLEXIBILITY for both the Employer and for the Employee.

The Employer isn’t making an immediate long-term commitment, so may be more inclined to hire someone without massive amounts of experience.  Likewise, the Employee, in a Temporary Situation, has the freedom to leave if things aren’t ‘working out’.

There are NATIONAL Employment Agencies  as well as LOCAL Agencies.  It  is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED that you signup/register with ALL the agencies available to you in order to maximize your opportunities for employment.

Some Professionals enjoy working for Temporary Employment Agencies.  The highly skilled employees can frequently work ‘short term’ projects; request and have time off as they need/want; work for a variety of employers (building valuable experience) and various specialties within a particular field all while never leaving their primary employer — The Temporary Agency.  Usually, after being employed by the Employment Agency for a specific number of months, they’re eligible for ‘benefits’. 

They have the ‘best of both worlds’ — multiple assignments with various employers –without appearing to be a ‘job-hopper’!
